Meet the team behind Lumo
In the demo you see the product and talk to the people who build it and set it up.
Lumo is a product of Sales Surge B.V., a CRM, sales automation and RevOps consultancy based in Amstelveen, the Netherlands. We have delivered more than 150 CRM implementations and are now building the CRM we kept missing at our clients.

Sales Surge sets up CRMs for B2B companies. Mostly Pipedrive, but also HubSpot and Zoho. Across more than 150 CRM implementations we kept seeing the same pattern. The CRM handles the pipeline well. But next to it sits a tool for support, a tool for email marketing, a form builder, an e-signature service for quotes and a spreadsheet for reporting. Each tool has its own version of the customer, and we built the integrations in between.
Those integrations work, until they do not. An unsubscribe that never reaches the other system. A ticket sales cannot see, while the account manager is sitting with the customer. A quote signed outside the CRM that never makes it back to the deal. A leadership report stitched together from three exports every month. Small things, but they come back at almost every client.
So we decided to do it the other way round. Not another integration, but one database that sales, service and marketing all work on. That is Lumo. Deals, leads, email, quotes with e-signatures, campaigns, forms, tickets, a customer portal, live chat and reports sit on the same people and organizations. You switch on what you use per workspace. See the whole platform.
We built Lumo on what implementations taught us. A Today screen, because reps start their day in the inbox and forget things there. Data quality rules that can actually block a save, because a report is only as good as the fields under it. A duplicates queue with undo, because merging without review goes wrong. And an import wizard for Pipedrive, because that is where most of our clients come from.
We are plain about what it is. Lumo is young. There is no mobile app and no self sign-up, and the connection with Outlook and Microsoft 365 is on the roadmap. What is included is described exactly on this site, and so is what is not. That is the same attitude we bring to implementation work: say what works, what does not and what you can do about it tomorrow.
Only what we can point to.

What we could not find in the market, we built. Next to implementation work, Sales Surge makes its own applications and integrations. Lumo grew out of that work.
Our way of working in three phases: line up processes, automate repeat work, and steer on data.
Lumo works in both languages, set per user. We work with clients in the Netherlands and beyond.
Lumo is a CRM for B2B companies where sales, service and marketing work on the same contacts. It starts with the Today screen: the tasks for your day, leads waiting for follow-up, deals that have sat still too long, tickets close to their deadline and campaigns going out today.
Around it are the parts you switch on per workspace. A deal board with stages, win probability and warnings. Email and calendar from Gmail and Google Calendar, plus a personal BCC address that works with any mail client. Quotes built from the products on a deal, with e-signatures. Campaigns with consent and unsubscribe handling. Forms, a helpdesk with customer portal and knowledge base, live chat, customer success, reports and an AI assistant that stays off per workspace until an admin switches it on.
It is a web app in Dutch and English. Data is stored in London, United Kingdom, with a separate workspace per customer. Read more about security and privacy.

Most software vendors sell a licence and leave setup to a partner or to you. With Lumo the product and the implementation sit in the same company. That has two consequences.
The first is that the people who set up your CRM also know how it is built. If you ask whether a report can work a certain way, you do not wait for a support ticket with a vendor in another country. The same people who design your pipeline can tell you what the product does and does not do.
The second is that what we run into at clients comes back into the product. When we see the same manual step at three clients in a row, it becomes a candidate for the product. That is also why Lumo exists.
An implementation runs in the same phases as the rest of our work. We start with an intake: your current situation, your goals, your systems and who struggles with what. Then a blueprint, the design of pipelines, fields, integrations, permissions, dashboards and migration, on a board you can read yourself. Then the build: setup, migration and testing, with a delivery per phase instead of one big one at the end. Then the handover, explained on your own data. And after that aftercare with a fixed point of contact.
If you come from Pipedrive, migration runs through the import wizard. Pipedrive can also stay the source for a while, as your team moves over in stages. Data from other systems we move by hand. Read more about implementation and onboarding or having the migration done for you.

We show the product next to your process and say honestly what fits and what does not. Book a demo
If you want to try it yourself, we set up a trial workspace for you. There is no self sign-up, so you talk to us before you start. Request a trial
We map your process, systems and data and design the setup before anything is built.
Stages, fields, roles, rules and your data. From Pipedrive with the import wizard, from other systems by hand. Implementation
Training on your own data, plus walkthroughs and checklists in the product, so new colleagues get going too.
A fixed point of contact after go-live. What you run into goes straight to the people who build the product.
Most of our implementations do not start from zero. There is already a CRM, a few spreadsheets and a helpdesk. That is why Lumo has an import wizard for Pipedrive: connect with an API token, choose what to bring, dry run, review and import. Owners, pipelines and stages, organizations, people, deals with product lines, leads, activities and notes come across.
You can also keep Pipedrive as the source for now. Lumo then writes changes to activities, notes, deals and leads back, and a webhook with a check every 15 minutes keeps both in step. So support or marketing can move first and sales later.
If your data comes from another system or a spreadsheet, we move it over by hand. CSV import is not in the product yet. Read switching from Pipedrive or from spreadsheets to CRM.

Lumo is young, and you see that in a few places. There is no mobile app, you work in the browser. Email and calendar sync with Gmail and Google Calendar today. If you work in Outlook or Microsoft 365, you use the personal BCC address, which works with any mail client, and the connection with Outlook and Microsoft 365 is on the roadmap. Data is stored in London. There is no SSO, sign-in uses two-factor authentication. Quotes are in Dutch. In the demo we go through these points against your own process, so you know how to work with them.

Because across more than 150 implementations we kept seeing the same separate tools and integrations. Lumo puts sales, service and marketing on one database.
